waiting and waiting... that's what my day's been abt...

even had weird dreams with weiyao in them.. (eh not THOSE kind of dreams lah) i think he was quizzing me on medicine... can't remember which topic though!

but anyway... that dream stressed me out... and heng heng my alarm clock rang.. so i woke up...

well.. at least i woke up early enough this time to have a decent breakfast (bagel and cup soup) and to make a decent lunch (bagel sandwich.. filling... 1 tomato.... 1 slice of ham... 1 slice of cheese... i'm running out of food you see) with plenty of time left to prepare for PBL..

did some studying.... and saw it was 1120.... started to prepare to head off... buzzed at your door... no one in.... looked like an idiot standing ard... oh well.. at least an idiot with an mp3 player haha... looked like i was waiting for someone outside the block... well i was doing that i suppose....

got into med sch early as a result and decided to head to the SL to revise some things or something banal like that to pass a bit of time... PBL started at 12 after all....

at least i met robert and karen at the back of the SL (both 2nd year scottish med students... i was trying to find a computer that worked).... robert had 2 huge stacks of notes on the table with him... block 8 and block 9 notes... 2 of the toughest blocks this yeah... shiok.... i was like "you're going to study all THAT today?!" he replied in the affirmative (hat's off to him man!) and then suddenly he hugged my legs (i was standing and he was sitting) and started groaning in despair at all the work on the table! poor boy... haha.. i think the poor guy is stressed... karen and i were like.. whaaat?! haha.... but yeah... 2nd years look like shit nowadays... myself included... hauling ass from point a to point b.... we don't have study leave you see... lessons end thursday... the exam is on monday.... and what you studied on thursday can definitely come out on monday....

well... meeting them 2 certainly took the stress off waiting for PBL to start....

after PBL there was a half an hour break before the lab started... so went back into the SL again... then surfed the net for a bit then headed to the loo before heading to lab...

and yes... my period is here!

why am i so happy?

well...i was expecting it to come soon... and any later.... it would have come during the exams.... and a crampy charlotte is not a happy charlotte.... so at least it's here now eh!

finished all the qn in the lab book then had to sit ard to wait for the woman to give us her summary so we can zao.....

then hung ard the med sch for a bit... waited and waited once again... all in vain... once again...

well at least i met amy and had a good chat with her.. the poor girl was worried her mum had forgotten that she was supposed to met amy at the med sch and not at her flat... i think we lives abt 20-30 min away from the med sch by foot... then suddenly she realised that her sister was sitting behind her all along... heh... oh well... took it as my cue to leave... no point waiting anymore...

plus i was absolutely starving... stomach was growling and a wee bit painful...

am now waiting for time to pass so that i can cook and have a solid dinner.... then it's all PBL and hopefully a wonderful weekend of studying.... with cramps of course...

can't wait for those to go away.... waiting waiting waiting....
