everyone was at home today! well at least during the day....

woke up at a lazy 9+ am... *lazy grin* mum was (can you believe it) UPSET that we started the day so late.... it's the hols lah c'mon.. plus shops not open so early right? haiyah....

anyway, headed down to holland v... bought:

1. MP3 player
2. Head set and mic for the webcam... originally for me (cos my webcam mic conked out on me).. but erm i don't like head sets haha.. so there you go.. i know my dad likes them.. so am taking the mic from my dad's webcam and he gets the headset.. we're all happy

went home for lunch today cos my bro's godma bought lunch today... beef kuey teow and nor hiang.. unfortunately..we also bought nor hiang before we came back home.. cos we thought we shoud have somthing more than beef kuey teow... *shrug* well marc had a great dinner with both kinds of nor hiang so there you go haha...

after lunch we all went down to town... dad dropped me and mum @ centrepoint to:

1. buy bedsheets
2. buy books
3. exchange his smiles points for robinsons vouchers (came in useful cos they helped pay for the bedsheets and will pay for perhaps a present for auntie pat and of course... christmas presents)
4. change the batt in marc'snike watch

meanwhile, dad and marc headed to gateway @ beach road to change marc's baby g watch strap...

well almost everything got done... though mum managed to change the batt.. the watch buttons don't work.. so erm... guess what? you can't set the time.. which makes it.. rather useless....

went down to orange grove road to get the buttons fixed.. by that time though.. the watch place was closed.... they work from 10-4... what weird hours..... so i've been seconded to fix marc's watch... *cough*

managed to procure tix for the terminal before heading to orange grove!

after orange grove.. headed to queensway to check out the t shirt crest... sigh man.. it was TOO BIG!! this after waiting one day more... sigh....

forgot to bring my hp out so had to arrange to meet aaron outside the shop.... when i got to the shop.. guess what?!! he wasn't there... waited ard for a while... then decided... heck i'll shop ard the area.. and then go back to take a peek and see if he's at the shop... and shop i did!

bought (sorry limz) 2 black tops.

then went back to the shop to look ard for aaron.... couldn't find him... gave up again... went back to shop...

bought (hopefully this is ok with you limz) a white top.

then went back to the shop STILL no sign of him... erm went back to shop?

bought 4 pairs for earrings.. they were cheap lah... and quite nice i thought... and dirt cheap too!:)

finally walked round to the shop again and FINALLY spotted aaron! i thought he'd be late you see cos i was being driven there and he took the bus... but it turns out... he was hunting for me for the past half hour.. the same half hour i was looking for him (ok lah.. and shopping)!!!

sigh... i'm THAT crippled w/out my hp... how lame is that! (erm pun TOTALLY NOT INTENDED)

then we rushed back to town to catch terminal... but it seems like we could have stayed longer @ queensway cos the movie was at 650 not 615! oh well.. so we shopped ard at cine....

bought a brown top.

then headed over to heeren to see if there was anything to do.. there wasn't.. ended up at HMV looking at dvds.. saw the much coveted "Goodbye Lenin" DVD that i SOO wanna watch!

the terminal was a really good show.. though i must concur that spielberg movies tend to be a little draggy... but still... rather funny.... and a nice storyline as well!

had dinner at cafe cartel before heading back home.... what a day it's been eh?

PS when aaron got back he found out that the crest was of the correct size.. but for some reason the guy blew it up when it came to the sample... *rolls eyes and throws hands up* i really give up!
