It's been a wild week so far...

Mon:

short list at the clinic... but all these pple started calling in for appointments... so we were kept busy....

went to heeren after work....to try to get shirts for aaron... but in the end.. the poo boy couldn't find anything he liked... we both agree that we're getting too old for this shite... pple ard us are like SUPER young lor.. all these sch kids! haha...

Tue:

an even shorter list at the clinic... but hey... same thing...loads showed up in the end... busy busy!

met esther, niko, laurence, yingren and kow for dinner at NYDC wheelock... met shuzhen and ana at the station for a while... then alex and wenz came along to join in the fun... after niko left to go for a business chinese class! later zhihao's bday party came over to join us... saw hanting... jia.... zhihao (duh!).. jianz.. kevin yik and this guy michael.. who erm... probably was a guy they knew in RI cos none of us girls knew him... had a read good chat... left when limz came and jov was abt to come... sorry girls... was really tired! sigh... pant pant from running ard every night... parents were already not v pleased...

Wed:

busy busy day.. the nurses and i have taken to checking out the cartoons at they show at the clinic... they are in a word: BAD... ok they had snow white and 101 dalmatians... and finding nemo: kingdom of the sea or something like that.... the rest consist of barney and tom and jerry and little red riding hood (a very jap version of it.. the animals and not the woodcutter saves the day... and erm since the designers and artists were mostly jap... you get this really jap feel of the thing... hmm... resolved to bring a new vcd everyday to watch.....

went to marina square after work to check out the factory outlet stuff... NOTHING....was v happy that day though cos the bras i ordered came in! the weirdest thing that happened that day.. this guy handed us this bridal photo brochure... erm do we look like we're going to get married anytime soon? i don't think so man.... headed to centrepoint after marina to collect the bras before the shop closed... had dinner at fish & co.... checked out the food market in the carpark opp centrepoint... packed man.. but open from 6pm to 6am... the food looked damn good... local fare lah... but the queues were so long!

Thurs:

CUTE MEDIC ALERT!!! haha... was working at the clinic today when i saw this familiar looking... i might i add GOOD looking guy... it seems that he was a medical student that had come for attachment to Dr Aw's (my fav doc though i don't get to speak to him much nowadays :( ) clinic.... sometime later in the day... just before lunch in fact.. so the clinic was clearing out... then Dr Aw introduced him to me.. he was Richard Fu for those of you who know him.. he's from our senior batch... nice guy... was chatting abt medicine and what to expect in terms of UK culture and weather etc etc... later all the nurses were teasing me... so bad! i wasn't trying to pick him up ok.... i only offered to bring him to buy books since he's going to bristol and well.. he doesn't know any seniors there cos bristol only entered the approved list last year! in fact he knows gareth and stayed with him when he was in london... big coincidence! anyway... couldn't live that down... cos after that...all of the nurses gathered round to swoon... haha he was dead cute lah... esp this indian nurse... SO funny you know... she was like... yeah you were talking to him abt "medicine" RIGHT... HELLO i WAS ok.. i wasn't trying to chat him up or anything... i don't need a man ok... i just need a PARTICULAR man *wink*

Fri:

Gonna have 3 generation buddy dinner tmr.... and yes limz.. will ask the folks abt the chalet! am definitely going... days and stay overs have yet to be confirmed... for those of you who don't know.. i've never been to a stayover cos my parents never allowed me to well... stay over... so yeah will ask them tmr... or ASAP...

Sat:

Meeting RP for lunch then will be going for my godsis' 21st! at her gorgeous 3rd Ave mansion....

Sun:

Meeting Dymus for lunch.. will be made up of mostly guys... loads of the girls can't make it.. oh well.. i can always just sit there and insult clement.. that's always good for a laugh!:)

like i said... busy busy week and it's really wearing me down.... FYI Richard is now known as the endorphin man at work.. cos well... was having severe cramps today at work.. and they went away when i was talking to him... so yeah.. he's endorphin man... too bad he's heading to A & E... no more swooning and endorphins.. just pain... i think it's time for a PARTICULAR man to show up at the clinic since THAT particular person seems to be slacking all day at home... so he can up my endorphin levels too! *cough* RIGHT. I'm mad... but i also brought Lion King 2 to work today.. good show.. the straits times came to take pics of the children's centre today.. just nice we had no patients rostered for the afternoon haha... so they had to call staff's kids in and ask the staff to act as the patient... then they even called the pretty paediatrician back so the reporters can take a photo of her... damn... oh well... when you're a private hospital i guess you also can afford to be superficial haha...

ok enough bitching for the day... tmr i shall choose btwn watching ice age, toy story 2 and monsters inc at work... brillant movies all of them... tough choice there!
