Rushing for class so this will be a short one.... decided on Partick.. though something really aannoying happened...
Remember the flat on church street from my previsou entry that i said was too expensive @ £260? well the owner is desperate for tenents he can trust.. so there you go.. he's will to negotiate rent.... WAH LAU... ok i must admit i liked that flat cal it was nice and damn near the sch... but if i've given my word to pam (the owner of the flat i'm abt to rent in partick.. i can't just pull out right? then again nothing is final...
I remember someone telling me that you have to give until it hurts and keep your promises even if it hurts.. and THAT'S the hallmark of a good Christian.. ahh it was one of the sermons at EM... right gordon? i think if i kept to my word.. even if it's further away.. it's cheaper i guess cos i don't think the guy would be willing to lower his rent to £230 right? even though the room is abt the same size... the location's good that's all....
Another thing was that the person i want to flat with wants internet which i don't need in the flat SO NEAR the med sch! sigh...
