ok i've been reminded once again that i'm a bad bad blogger.. and since i'm flying off to amsterdam tmr.. i thought i should update you all with my last few weeks so i can torture you guys with my amsterdam trip later...

Well after the A&E visit... we pretty much rushed ard to prepare for our courseowrk presentation... half the coursework's grade depended on it... so yeah.. pretty impt stuff...twas quite funny our presentation... considering we thought we were going to go 1st since we were VS grp 1.. so we thought we can get away with a nice no frills presentation since no one would be bored with the 1st one right... WRONG... the woman happily announced.. let's start from 10.. bugger... and several other choice words.. haha...

yeah well thankfully it went well... i was actually quite worried abt presenting cos i thought i wouldn't be able to pronounce my words clearly when i was nervous... but heng heng... the actual presentation was my best one yet.. as in when i practiced... SUCKY but came out ok on the day itself! *beams*

hmmm the other *cough* eventful day we had was at St vincent's hospice... ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ... never felt like sleeping so much before.. in fact EVERYONE felt like bloody sleeping... in a class of 9 and everyone was dozing... not fun man... and the woman was so arrogant saying her patients follow her ard blah blah blah... wah lau.. eh but the hospice had this relaxation room... damn funky... had mood lighting and mood music.. and even had optical fibres ard.. total internal reflection anyone? literally? haha...

but i must say the med sch has screwed up timetabling.. wah lau the woman in charge (who's name i shall not mention) screwed up the scheduling so that some grps got to HAVE THE LECTURE AT THE UNI... wah lau.... unfair... why? cos the hospice is out in the sticks... 40 min BY CAR... shiok.. haha...

after that it was just rushing for my coursework.. the written part to be handed in...

then it was time to end PBL term 2... it has certainly been an interesting 2 blocks... our facilitator for block 3 (1st half of term 2) was a medical sociologist.. so he loved going on and on abt social macroeconomics... and since i'm a med student.. i know... NOTHING abt macroeconomics yep yep... that sums up my knowledge of social macroeconomics... so there... we all spaced out... then there was blk 4 facilitator who loved to BMJ us.. BMJ is the British Medical Journal... he loves to show us issues and even underlines the salient points in red for us... zzz when he takes the mag out.. we all... a) try not to giggle b) try not to roll our eyes c) try to look VAGUELY interested in what he's saying... sigh....

but hey.. term 2's over... phew.. trying to revise this easter hols... but since ning and her friend jio me.. decided to go to amsterdam... yay! haha my 1st trip! will be there for 6 days and 5 nights... think my schedule will be quite packed though....

oh well we've booked the tix.. we've booked the hostel.... hopefully everything turns out right...

well amidst studying have tried out another new recipe... CREAM PUFFS and making wontons! haha... yeah man... the cream puffs were kinda flat though.. and the wontons were... haha qute fun to make i suppose... well you learn something new everyday.. next up i think i shall experiment with tapas recipes or maybe some latin cooking if my parents send my package over... hmm...

oh well hope this keeps you guys occupied for some time... will TRY to update up guys as much as possible yeah? oh yeah and could you guys tell me if you guys have MSN so i can add you to my list! cheers!:)
