Went to SMU today to visit jovine.... on the way i saw... get this... yingren... gaolu.... alvina...yiwei....lynette (it's ironic that we keep bumping into each other man)... joy!:P Haha... it was great seeing old friends at their school... and boy what a nice school it is!
I must say it's much more picturesque than NUS... lots of greenery.... must be a joy to study in such a great environment! All the best to you SMU pple out there!:P haha how I envy the fac that you guys can sit outside... i suspect i'll bar myself indoors in Glasgow... to avoid the cold!

Anyway, funny moment ONE:
While we were waiting for Jovine to bring us into SMU itself (for the record jov your tardiness is completely forgiven since you were talking to dear, sweet henghwa a gazillion miles away!;) ) we walked ard the botanic gardens area near SMU and saw this pile of leaves... it was the gardeners you know... prune the trees and bundle up the leaves? Could see rafia peeking out for under all that greenery... anyway... we thought the pile of leaves was so big that it could serve as very good camouflage... and for some reason me and lucas thought of bert! Bert, if you're reading this... don't get pissed haha... but somehow we had this idea that you would be hiding under the pile of leaves waiting to surprise us HAHA... twas a joke anyway...
Funny moment TWO:
We were just sitting and chatting at one of those huge open spaces (forgot what they're called jov!) and talking abt our life in the future... then i was telling them that i saw hairy cows as we were driving up to the lakes... but somehow... everyone heard it as i saw hairy CALVES as we were driving up to the LEGS...i was like WHAT THE... and lucas had to add that i have to find a scottish guy that wears a kilt, plays bagpipes and now to add salt to injury... has hairy calves.... WHAT THE..... btw this is all lucas' crap... cos i mentioned i was so fascinated that the cows were so hairy! and you KNOW how they heard it!
Finally got my laptop... exact same specs as you karen! Did you get an extra battery? and the mouse?
Yawn... real tired now so i shall call it a day... lights out! *darkness*
